Product & Sales Manager (Aviation Logistics)

An aviation logistics services provider is hiring a Product cum Sales Manager to be in charge of their product development/solution design function and eventually develop the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification of new market opportunities and drive the conceptualization of innovative product/service ideas
  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their evolving needs and develop effective product strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Manage the commercial viability and financial performance of new products through contract negotiations and data-driven decision-making
  • Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration to ensure product initiatives are aligned with broader business goals
  • Continuously gather market feedback, adapt to changing requirements, and refine product development strategies for optimal performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management & related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in aviation logistics operations, preferably the product owner
  • Willingness & ambition in developing business is highly desired
  • Background in aviation logistics fields (air cargo, airline, air freight forwarding, etc.) is favourable
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Mandarin & Cantonese)
