They are hiring an Assistant Supply Chain Manager with operational experience to maintain the key accounts relationship in the E-commerce sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and achieve KPIs through effective account management for E-commerce clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions for E-commerce clients, working closely with Customer Services, Operations, and warehouse colleagues
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients through effective relationship management and utilization of company's services to meet and exceed their expectations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, coordinate traffic flow, and maintain clear communication with clients and overseas counterparts
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
- 3 years' hands-on experience in 3PL, e.g. freight forwarding, warehousing, etc.
- 1 years' experience in key account/ client servicing
- Solid experience in E-commerce logistics
- Good IT literacy in WMS & Excel (Vlookup & Pivot)
- Good command of English & Chinese
