They are hiring a Supply Chain Manager with operational experience to maintain the key accounts relationship and implement operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication between the company and clients
- Foster and cultivate strong relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations through relationship management
- Maintain and update customer profiles, including SOP, rate files, and contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare regular KPIs and conduct performance reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years' hands-on (operational) experience in 3PL, e.g. freight forwarding, warehousing, etc.
- 3 years' experience in key account/ client servicing
- Good IT literacy in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot & VBA)
- Good command of English & Chinese
