Responsibilities
- Design and implement logistics operations policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team responsible for customer order fulfillment and handling inquiries
- Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring proper monitoring and control
- Develop plans and schedules for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and smooth logistics flow
- Generate reports and analyze customer order fulfillment to drive improvements and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in 3PL
- Hands-on experience in cold-chain logistics is a plus
- Good command of English and Chinese
