Key Account Manager (MNC/ Logistics/ Stable work environment)

We are hiring for a MNC client for a Key Account Manager role:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop good relationship with key clients and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Implement strategic account plans customised to each client's business objective, identify the market potential opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Liaise closely with internal operation team to ensure the good quality of service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited the Business Development, Finance, Operations Excellence and IT, to develop customized solutions and streamline processes to better serve clients.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying key performance indicators and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Participate in regular client meetings, presenting company’s and performance updates, discussing potential issues, and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 6 years' experience in contract logistics, with a strong focus on Key Account Management and customer relationship management
• Familiar with logistics operations including warehousing, transportation etc.
• Proficient in MS Office and good command of both written and spoken English and Chines(Mandarin)
