General Manager (Annual income up to 1.3m)

Our client is one of the leading international shipping and logistics community in Hong Kong. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a General Manager / Deputy General Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing regional team including cs, sales, technical, operations role
• Responsible for developing and structuring on pricing, costing to minimize and align with company standards
• Maintaining client relationship, monitoring and ensure the existing customer application is being satifisation and execute global implementation
• Preparing regular repors to review all customer transactions to enhance company customer services level
• Provide consulting service for developing data group (data parameters, logic, criteria, and
  relationships)
• To review global account receivables, review and develop a collection plan to meet credit policy
  and risk management requirements
• Review all financial payment and prepayment transactions from customers, work closely with finance department to ensure company financial situation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Shipping lines is preferred
• Experienced in the Shipping industry and knows well about container leasing and management business.
• Good management skills which can consolidate the whole department to fight for the working goal
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantoese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast-paced environment
