Junior Logistics Speciialist

Our client a leading Asian Supply Chain solution provider with strong presence across both air and sea freight industry . To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong office is currently seeking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to join their Operations team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be involved in the tender management process including pre and post tender preparation contract filing and implementation
• Working closely with the operational team, you will also be involved in providing quality & efficient tender management service and maximize nomination of tender customers,
• You will also be collaborating with Enterprise sales team for pricing and tailoring business tender proposals.
• As part of the team, you will also be supporting client onboarding process to ensure all internal stakeholders can deliver services as agreed in contract;

Requirement:

• Degree holder from supply chain/ logistics or other related discipline
• Prior 1-2 years experience gained from the logistics/ supply chain field
• Team player mentality with strong interpersonal skills
• Advance usage of MS office i.e. Excel
• Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
