With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Freight Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Job Duty:
- Report to the operation manager,you will be handling the logistics services inquiries and feedback from customers via phone calls, emails
- Offer quotation to the clients with the competitive and optimal end-to-end solutions promptly
- Working closely with stakeholder , country and approved agent to formulate service solution and quote to customer
- Handover shipment status smoothly between shifts and overseas offices
- You will be managed the report /documentation, label, shipment packing to meet the specific quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education or above, preferably with educational background in transportation / logistics / supply chain or related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant experience in supply chain /logistics /shipping
- Experience in airline / freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain would be an advantage
- Willing to work on Sunday/Public Holiday and overnight shift
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application
