Key Accounting Management Manager, Logistics

Our client is one of the leading logistics company over worldwide. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Accounting Management Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain long-term client relationship of key account and related vendors
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to develop key account's business solutions and new business potentials
• Recommend business plans by analyzing business performance and market information
• Review and optimize business solution, monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with assigned key customers regularly
• To focus on continuous improvement of processes and correct customer contact data, service data, help to change in our systems including customer reporting for our customers
• To actively manage interfaces and the exchange of information, with team or other stakeholders involved to ensure effective, efficient shipment management
• To prioritize customer complaint management, ensuring a consistent delivery against the customer promise
• Handle any ad hoc project / tasks assigned

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in key account management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
• Knowledge in warehouse or distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
