Air Logistics Customer Services Manager

Our client is one of the world's leading logistics companies. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Air Logistics Customer Services Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading local customer care team to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth.
• To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality, close collaboration with operational + commercial key stakeholders, along with air logistics management to optimize the customer experience.
• Explore new business opportunities, drive new business growth and formulate usiness solution per the account requirements in Hong Kong.
• Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales activities by formulating sales planning and strategies.
• Regularly review and coordinate of new logistics service activities provided with company standards.
• To focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls ensuring complete plus correct customer contact data in company systems.
• To actively manage interfaces + the exchange of information, knowledge + data with your team + other stakeholders involved to ensure effective, efficient shipment management.
• To prioritize customer complaint management, ensuring a consistent delivery against the customer promise.
• To ensure close cooperation with the Operational team and Customer services team to optimize the customer experience.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years supply Chain / logistics clients facing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholder
• Strong customer management skills, knowledge of market and P&L expertise
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
