Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement category strategies that align with long-term business objectives, identifying key investments and developing robust business cases to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop multi-year roadmaps that integrate category & brand strategy, innovation cycles, and supply chain capabilities to ensure seamless execution across all markets.
  • Translate macroeconomic trends into actionable strategies by conducting scenario planning and providing clear guidance on potential business impacts.
  • Oversee sustainability programmes and resilience initiatives designed to mitigate risks while enhancing adaptability in an ever-changing global landscape.
  • Lead comprehensive change management efforts across systems, processes, and organisational structures to drive operational excellence and cultural alignment.
  • Champion capability building initiatives that foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
  • Monitor global risks—including geopolitical factors—and provide timely insights to inform strategic pivots as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment on key priorities.
  • Drive cultural transformation by promoting inclusive practices that encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Support executive leadership in communicating strategic priorities both internally and externally, ensuring clarity of purpose at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Over 15 years—in strategy development, transformation leadership, or large-scale organisational change within multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex change initiatives from conception through implementation across diverse geographies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven expertise in risk management frameworks as well as process optimisation methodologies tailored for global operations.
  • Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional leadership dynamics within matrixed organisations operating at scale.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset that fosters trust-based relationships across teams.
  • Experience translating macro trends into actionable strategies through effective scenario planning techniques.
  • Commitment to championing inclusive practices that promote diversity of thought and equitable access to opportunities within the workplace.
