Consultant, Operation Excellence/ Process Re-engineering

Our client stands as a player in the oil & gas sector, they're looking for a Consultant to take charge of the operation re-engineering project.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance organisational efficiency through a commitment to performance analysis, sustainable improvements, and robust change management strategies
• Develop and implement refined KPIs that align with change initiatives to support strategic planning and drive operational excellence
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies within the merged organisation, facilitating essential process enhancements that promote efficiency
• Engage with internal stakeholders to strengthen communication and collaboration, ensuring seamless transitions during change initiatives
• Prepare market insights and analytical data to guide decision-making and bolster continuous improvement efforts within change management frameworks

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in operation excellence/process re-engineering
• Familiar with change management & project management frameworks
• Good command of English & Cantonese
• Visa sponsorship is entitled for non-local applicants
