Assistant Manager, Integrated Strategy (Change & Operations)

Our client is a leading player in the energy sector, they're hiring an Assistant Manager to assist the strategy planning process and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and streamline operational processes, focusing on performance analysis, sustainable improvement, and change management.
  • Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic action planning.
  • Analyze inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business operations, facilitating process improvements across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, providing updates and insights for operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Maintain data accuracy and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' experience in business transformation & strategy planning
  • In-house experience is preferred, consultancy background is welcomed as well
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
  • Visa sponsorship is entitled for non-local applicants
