Assistant Manager, Integrated Strategy (Change & Operations)
Our client is a leading player in the energy sector, they're hiring an Assistant Manager to assist the strategy planning process and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and streamline operational processes, focusing on performance analysis, sustainable improvement, and change management.
- Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic action planning.
- Analyze inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business operations, facilitating process improvements across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication, providing updates and insights for operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Maintain data accuracy and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' experience in business transformation & strategy planning
- In-house experience is preferred, consultancy background is welcomed as well
- Good command of English & Cantonese
- Visa sponsorship is entitled for non-local applicants
