Sales Director / Sales Manager (Bags, Footwear, Leather Goods)

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain existing client relationships, explore new business opportunities.
- Negotiate trade terms, business deals negotiation with potential clients.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Manage overall sales activities, adjust and fine tune directions to achieve targets.
- Formulate and implement strategic planning.
- Stakeholders and business partners engagement and management.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, BBA or any relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Extensive knowledge of leather goods, fashion industry and comes with established network.
- Skilled in organizing and communicating effectively
- Proficient in negotiation with strong results.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Mandarin would be a must.
- Frequent travel may be required.
