Senior Key Account Officer (3PL, Ocean Freight)

An MNC 3PL services provider is hiring a Senior Key Account Officer to support their freight forwarding division.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Understand customer requirements to design tailored solutions and implement strategic business development plans that leverage the company’s offerings
  • Propose and drive ongoing improvements to meet and exceed customer KPIs and SOPs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, expanding the company’s footprint and enhancing service offerings for both current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Customer Services and Operations teams to ensure seamless operations, conduct regular performance reviews, and oversee the transition of new business into operations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years' experience in key account management for 3PL business
  • Experience in handling regional accounts is a plus
  • Air/ocean freight forwarding background is welcomed
  • Familiar with WMS, POM systems
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
