Key Account Manager (3PL, Warehousing/DC)

Our client stands as an MNC 3PL services provider, they're hiring a Key Account Manager to look after their FMCG & F&B accounts for DC supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the financial objectives established by leadership through strategic logistics initiatives
  • Analyze customer needs and offer customized solutions to improve warehousing and distribution operations
  • Oversee contract management and cultivate new business relationships with current clients in the supply chain arena
  • Assist with additional projects focused on logistics and supply chain enhancements as required
  • Farm the existing accounts, identify the latent needs and develop business opportunities accordingly

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in 3PL key account management/business development
  • Experience in handling cold-chain logistics is a strong plus
  • Management trainee background in prestigious firms is desired
  • Good command of English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
