This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business opportunities at a world-leading manufacturer of luxury goods, build strong customer relationships, and lead sales teams towards achieving overall sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain existing client relationships, explore new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate trade terms, business deals negotiation with potential clients.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage overall sales activities, adjust and fine tune directions to achieve targets.
  • Formulate and implement strategic planning.
  • Stakeholders and business partners engagement and management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, BBA or any relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of leather goods, fashion industry and comes with established network.
  • Skilled in organizing and communicating effectively
  • Proficient in negotiation with strong results.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English. Mandarin would be a must.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
