Key Account Manager (3PL)

An MNC 3PL services provider is hiring several Key Account Managers to be responsible for their strategic accounts (freight, warehouse & E-comm).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients and leveraging the group's network to understand their needs
  • Assess client requirements to develop tailored solutions and implement strategic initiatives that align with company objectives
  • Identify potential opportunities, monitor key metrics, and recommend improvements to meet client expectations and boost operational efficiency
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and teams, manage RFQs and proposals, and connect virtual teams to share best practices
  • Provide training on systems to users, participate in special projects as needed, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years' experience in key account management for 3PL business (freights, either ocean or air)
  • Experience in handling regional accounts is a plus
  • Carrier/post background with 3PL solution providing knowledge is welcomed as well
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
