Assistant Manager, Commercial Aircraft Leasing (Air Cargo)

Our client who stands as an MNC aviation logistics services provider is hiring an Assistant Manager, Aircraft Leasing to oversee their key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the line manager in overseeing key accounts and building strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Work with various teams to manage operational and commercial inquiries from customers in the APAC region
  • Collaborate with departments such as Customer Services, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth operations
  • Support the Accounting Department with receivable matters and ensure that customer needs are effectively communicated to operations teams
  • Maintain sales documentation, create necessary reports for clients, adhere to corporate policies, and prepare briefings for management as required
  • Perform up-sales activities when needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in airlines/air freight forwarders' key account or customer service management
  • Know-how in air cargo freighter leasing (ACMI, chartering, etc.) is a must
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Other candidates from the aviation logistics sector with strong ACMI knowledge are welcomed as well
