Key Account Operation Manager (3PL, PO Management System)

Our client stands as an MNC 3PL services provider. They're hiring a Key Account Operation Manager who is familiar with PO Management System to support the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, cultivating strong relationships with clients and utilizing group's network to grasp their needs
  • Evaluate client requirements to create personalized solutions and execute strategic initiatives that align with company goals
  • Identify potential opportunities, track essential metrics, and suggest improvements to meet client expectations and enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure seamless communication with clients and teams, oversee RFQs and proposals, and connect virtual teams to exchange best practices
  • Deliver training on systems to users, engage in special projects as needed, and ensure compliance with all client contractual commitments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years' experience in key account management for 3PL business (freights, either ocean or air)
  • Experience in handling regional accounts is a plus
  • Carrier background with 3PL solution providing knowledge is welcomed as well
  • Familiar with Purchase Order Management System
  • Good command of English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
