Senior Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding)

A leading MNC 3PL services provider is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to expand their global presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize profitability by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities, in line with mutually agreed sales targets
  • Take charge of customer interactions and lead generation, utilizing strategies like prospecting, cold calling, qualifying prospects, making customer calls, and closing deals
  • Manage customer inquiries and coordinate with overseas partners to address their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with international offices and agents to create and leverage new business prospects
  • Prepare accurate and tailored quotations and proposals for customers, while fostering enduring client relationships to unlock future business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 8 years' experience in 3PL solution selling, preferably new business acquisition (hunting)
  • Global key account base (e.g. Fortune 500, etc.) is highly desired
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
  • Good command of English & Mandarin
  • Posible to station in Hong Kong, Singapore & Shanghai
