Our client is hiring a Publishing Manager to oversee the end-to-end book publishing process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the content creating team to develop and curate engaging and high-quality book content
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, including printing companies and proofreaders, to ensure timely and accurate production of the book
• Devise and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote and advertise the book to target audiences
• Oversee the end-to-end publishing process, taking responsibility for coordinating and managing all aspects from manuscript preparation to distribution
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines throughout the publishing process, including editing, design, printing, and distribution

Requirements:

• Degree in Operations Management or related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in book publishing
• Experience in gaming industry is a plus
• Good command of English & Chinese
