One of the leading FMCG companies is looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing programs and promotional activities to support on brand positioning
• Responsible for P&L management including trade campaign budget allocation, product portfolio management
• Build strong relationships with business partners to drive successful execution of trade program
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify key market trends and opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management in FMCG, food products experience is highly preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with different stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful trade marketing initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
