Brand Manager - Aesthetics

As Brand Manager, you will be entrusted with steering the strategic direction of renowned brands in Hong Kong’s vibrant aesthetics market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around crafting innovative sales and marketing plans that not only meet but exceed business targets.

What you'll do:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies designed to achieve both financial and non-financial objectives for assigned brands within the aesthetics portfolio.
  • Take full accountability for top-line revenue generation as well as bottom-line profitability across all responsible brands.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective trade marketing execution that supports Salesforce activities at beauty centres and clinics, driving consistent sales growth.
  • Monitor brand performance by capturing market insights, conducting timely market share analysis, competitor bench marking, and translating findings into actionable business development initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agencies to design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including advertising, digital platforms, social media engagement, influencer PR activities, all aimed at maximising customer engagement.
  • Track the progress of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns while managing budgets efficiently; evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis and propose next steps for continuous improvement.
  • Develop point-of-sale materials (POSM) and sales kits ensuring successful implementation across all relevant channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional/Global offices to facilitate product launches and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and seamless execution of marketing plans.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related fields provides a solid foundation for understanding commercial strategy within the aesthetics sector.
  • At least 3-5 years’ proven experience in marketing roles within aesthetics, health & beauty, medical device or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable for this position.
  • Exceptional analytical skills enable you to interpret complex market data and transform insights into practical business solutions.
  • Outstanding communication abilities allow you to present ideas clearly across diverse audiences including internal teams, external partners, agencies, clinics, and beauty centres.
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations ensures that key messages resonate with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
  • A positive attitude combined with unwavering commitment empowers you to drive innovation while maintaining focus on shared goals.
  • Demonstrated ability as a supportive team player means you work effectively alongside colleagues from various departments as well as external partners.
  • Excellent time management skills help you balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Capacity for independent work allows you to take ownership of tasks while remaining responsive to feedback from others.
