They are seeking a dynamic Regional Brand Communications Manager to lead the brand’s digital presence and media engagement across HK, Taiwan & Japan markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in fashion or premium lifestyle industries, who thrives on creativity, energy, and building authentic connections.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Content

  • Develop and execute digital communications strategies across social media, website, and press channels.
  • Craft compelling content that reflects the brand’s premium positioning and resonates with a young, style-conscious audience.

📰 Media Relations & Press

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, and influencers.
  • Manage press releases, media pitches, and coverage opportunities to maximize brand visibility.

🎤 Events & Activations

  • Plan and deliver high-impact events, launches, and brand activations.
  • Oversee event communications, ensuring seamless integration across digital and press channels.

📈 Brand Advocacy

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent tone of voice and messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital communications, PR, or media relations, ideally within fashion, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success in managing press relations and delivering high‑profile events.
  • Strong media network in fashion and lifestyle sectors.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial mindset — hungry to make an impact in a scale‑up environment.
  • Regional experience is essential, having exposure from Japan & Taiwan market would be a BIG plus.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving business landscape.
