Responsible for managing the day to day operations of an interactive customer platform, you will create engaging posts that are relevant and interesting to the customer base and will connect with users in posts, comments, and inquiries. With experience in social media marketing, customer experience, or communications, you will be committed to fostering an online community that shapes the customers' banking journeys and facilitates their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review posts and comments published by members of the community
- Share engaging posts related to banking topics that are of interest to customers
- Compile a monthly newsletter on member activity
- Interact with customer posts and comments
- Create engagement activities to maintain community interest
Key Requirements
- University degree
- Understanding of social media marketing and trends, particularly in Mainland China
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Languages: Chinese (Putonghua, Cantonese spoken and Simplified, Traditional written) and English
