Senior Marketing Executive/ Assistant Brand Manager

We're partnering with a leading FMCG personal care brand in their search for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Brand Manager. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the marketing mix, from concept to execution, within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's future and expanding its market presence.

Responsibility:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across ATL (TV, print, digital) and BTL channels, encompassing PR events and new product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal teams (product development, sales, design) and external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and assess new market opportunities within the region, contributing to strategic expansion plans.
  • Budget Management & Optimization: Manage allocated budgets, track performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Regional Collaboration & Innovation: Foster a collaborative and innovative culture by leading and facilitating regional projects, enhancing synergies across markets.
  • Operational Support & Content Creation: Provide daily operational support, including the development of engaging marketing materials and content.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports, analyzing key metrics and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Support other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sizable company, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • More experience is preferred for the Assistant Brand Manager role.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
