Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager/Manager for their Sales and Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee operations, create promotional campaigns, conduct market research, and negotiate deals. Candidate with less experience will also be consider as a Manager.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager/Manager in Sales and Marketing, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Hong Kong Marketing Team, preparing marketing materials, creating promotional campaigns, and conducting extensive market research. Your ability to interact effectively with both internal departments and external partners will be crucial as you negotiate deals. Additionally, your insights from comprehensive market research will inform sales strategies and budget planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related disciplines.
• 8+ years sales or marketing experience in property developer
• Experience in promotional marketing for property development.
• Project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office.
