Regional Category Manager - FMCG, APAC

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Category Manager to drive growth and lead regional marketing initiatives across multiple markets in both retail and food service channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape long-term category strategies, innovation pipelines, and regional brand communication campaigns.

What you'll do:

As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's sauce and condiment category at the regional level. You will be responsible for understanding the core consumer needs of the category, identifying business opportunities, leading category development, managing portfolios in line with category strategy, preparing management reports, collaborating with global marketing teams on various initiatives, coordinating market research efforts, among other responsibilities. Your strategic thinking skills will be crucial in this role as you navigate through complex market dynamics to ensure our client's continued success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in business, marketing or other related discipline
  • 6+ years experience in product marketing or category management experience in FMCG field
  • Experience in regional marketing
  • Excellent can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
