This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the publishing, marketing, and distribution of a diverse gaming product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for game releases, overseeing online and offline activities for console games, driving user acquisition campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

As a Game Publishing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's gaming portfolio. You will be responsible for crafting compelling messages and campaigns that create engaging player experiences. Leveraging key influencers, communities, and various social media platforms will be part of your daily tasks. Your keen eye on the latest market trends will help in developing insights for product enhancement. This role offers an exciting blend of creativity, strategy development, and execution.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for game releases, including game product distribution plans, operational implementation strategies, and product growth initiatives
  • Plan and execute online and offline activities for console games, from designing event themes to overseeing implementation
  • Drive user acquisition campaigns across different digital channels, monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development, launches, and version upgrades
  • Keep track of the latest market trends and competitive market information for developing insights for product enhancement

What you bring:

The ideal Game Publishing Manager brings a wealth of experience in the gaming industry along with a genuine passion for games. With at least five years' experience in marketing within this sector, you have a proven track record in managing successful game launches. Your strong understanding of global gaming markets and player trends sets you apart from others. You are known for your excellent teamwork skills and ability to manage projects effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to thrive in an agile environment.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing work experience in the gaming industry
  • Prior console games management and publishing experience is required
  • Proven track record in managing successful game launches
  • Strong understanding of the global gaming market and players trends
  • Genuine interest and passion in the gaming industry
  • Excellent teamwork and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
