A famous retail chain brand with over 10 stores in Hong Kong is expanding their business in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a Marketing Manager to lead their team. If you are a candidate with solid retail management experience, that would be an excellent opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Create, strategize and present marketing campaigns, offline and online to generate revenue and brand awareness
- Lead and support the development and implementation of all marketing communication plans, including but not limited to campaigns, external communications, and marketing activities, and develop activation plans to tackle the market and consequently expand our market share
- Proven leadership to drive team performance for delivering effective CRM program, digital media, brand marketing and promotion campaigns
- Analyze business data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans
- Train, develop and coach the team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or other related discipline
- 5+ years experience in marketing field
- Experience is retail or FMCG industry an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
