Job Responsibilities
- Formulate overall marketing strategies to promote their brand and products as well as drive sales revenue
- Oversee the effectiveness of all promotional activities, monitoring ROI results. Leading the team to provide relevant reports for analysing the effectiveness of different campaign
- Work closely with distributors to provide guideline and support to them
- Manage all round marketing activities in APAC region
- Provide market intelligence, consumer preference and ensure the campaigns of various products are delivered
- Lead cross-functional team cooperation including Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital etc
- Managing annual marketing budget and spending to achieve business and marketing
objectives including P&L and market share
Requirements
- 5+ years marketing experience in FMCG industry
- 1+ years experience in team management
- Experience in beauty and personal care field will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skill, able to communicate with all levels
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
