One of a leading FMCG companies is looking for a Global Marketing Manager join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with product development planning and analysis experience in global market. Job Descriptions:
- Develop strategical marketing direction and communications plans to achieve business objective
- Plan and budget for appropriate marketing strategies to enhance market exposure
- Monitor and analysis product launch campaign and brand performance to ensure align with critical timeline
- Analysis consumer behaviours and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and boost market share
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in FMCG industry, preferably with regional exposure
- Hands-on experience in product planning and analysis, stock allocation, and inventory management
- Excellent communicator with entrepreneur mindset, and strong in project management
- Strong strategical thinking, analytical and numerical sense
- Proactive team-player and result-driven
