Our client is one of a leading FMCG companies is looking for a Marketing Manager join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with product development planning and analysis experience in global market. If you are enthusiastic candidate with relevant experience and desire to develop your career in long-established company then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and forecast of strategical category plan at global and regional level to achieve business objective
- Communicate with different regional offices to perform stock allocation of new product launch and monitor the new product and campaign performance
- Work closely with R&D and various internal teams to ensure the effectiveness of product development activities
- Analysis consumer behaviours and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share
- Provide stock ordering and sales target guidelines and deliver communication of special campaigns to operational stores
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FMCG industry with regional exposure, preferably in food & beverage category
- Hands-on experience in product planning and analysis, stock allocation, and inventory management
- Excellent communicator with entrepreneur mindset, and strong in portfolio management
- Strong strategical thinking, analytical and numerical sense
- Proactive team-player and result-driven
