Headquatered in Hong Kong, specializing in diagnostic and data tools innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow newest information in the oncology sector
- Setup KOL and oncologist network for market penetration, product enhancement & development
- Identify market needs and initiate new product/services to capture the demands, to predict future market trends by performing quantitative and qualitative industry assessments
- Provide HCPs education and training on the product knowledge, safety, effective usage, and procedural guidelines by organising didactic presentations/ symposium/ lectures/ hands-on demonstration, mainly for oncology specialists
- Facilitate and organize clinical studies
- Work closely with business team and provide professional training to drive the business
- Develop effective customer education tools and marketing tools to enhance brand exposure and effective use
- Administrative support including but not limited to training materials, product licensing documents and field activity documentation up to company standard
- Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including other function teams such as R&D/Medical lab/Sales team/clinician for new product / service development, to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, to support achievement of company and territory goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related disciplines
- 5+ years of product management, preferably from a healthcare, pharmaceutical background. Strong tech background in IVD / liquid biopsy is an advantage.
- Strong Oncologist network is preferred.
- Innovative marketing strategies to drive the sales profit
- Strong analytical mind to resolve business challenges and able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated
- Passion for the business and willing to go for extra mile
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese
