One of a leading FMCG companies is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with strong entrepreneur mindset and brand management experience. Job Descriptions:
- Develop strategical marketing direction and communications plans to achieve business objective
- Plan and budget for appropriate marketing strategies to enhance market exposure
- Monitor and analysis product launch campaign and brand performance to ensure align with critical timeline
- Analysis consumer behaviors and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and boost market share
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast analysis for management review
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in FMCG industry
- Familiar with both digital and traditional marketing tools
- Excellent communicator with entrepreneur mindset, and strong in project management
- Proactive, high flexibility and detail-oriented
- Strong strategical thinking and analysis skill
- Candidate with less experience will considered as Marketing Manager
