Event Manager (Event Agency Bg needed, Renewable Contract)

We are looking for a Event Manager to join the team. Event agency background is welcomed!

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project management, including planning and execution
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and external tenders for for ensuring successful implementation of marketing campaigns
• Manage strategic accounts to ensure efficient event execution
• Monitor event budgets, ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Manage event onsite support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or relevant discipline
• Agency background is a must
• At least 4-8 years proven experience in event planning and operations
• Willing to business travel
• Meticulous, strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
