Project Manager, Corporate Engagement

Responsible for overseeing volunteer programmes across APAC, this Project Manager position will plan and execute social outreach activities to support local non-profits. You will deliver a range of meaningful community events, handling the full delivery from project coordination and marketing communications to budget management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful volunteer programmes across Asia Pacific offices for internal employees and local non-profit organisations
• Oversee project planning, event management, budget allocation, activity marketing, grant processing, reporting etc. to execute impactful volunteer projects
• Host training and briefings for internal employees
• Coordinate with internal teams and external businesses on logistics including venues, transportation, materials
• Conduct post-activity analysis and produce evaluative reports to inform future processes

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in non-profit organisations, event management, operations, volunteer management, or client services
• Native fluency in Japanese and business level English is essential
• Solid collaborative work - able to manage teams of people
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Commitment to delivering multiple high quality event projects
