Corporate Access Events Management
The successful candidate will manage large-scale Corporate Access events, working closely with Originators, Asian Sales, and Research teams. Candidates will need to be confident interacting with a range of Corporate Access stakeholders, with a knowledge of Mainland Chinese logistics and geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high quality Corporate Access events, including company visits, non-deal roadshows, and conferences
- Handle event logistics such as transportation, venues, F&B, materials etc.
- Manage investor schedules
Key Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven record of collaborative work
- Strong analytical ability, able to prioritise effectively
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Languages: Mandarin (essential), Cantonese, English
- Preferred: Knowledge of client services platforms e.g. Client Hub, Planit
