Corporate and Social Responsibility - Event Coordinator

What you'll do:

As a Corporate and Social Responsibility - Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our employee community engagement programs and events.

• Execute CSR strategies that reflect the firm’s values and objectives
• Drive change management initiatives to enhance CSR impact and visibility
• Identify and cultivate nonprofits partnerships and lead volunteer projects
• Promote CSR activities through effective communication by engaging with both internal staff and external stakeholders
• Analyze volunteer project metrics and gather employee feedback to continuously improve engagement
• Oversee all logistical aspects of employee volunteering and charitable giving activities, including event planning, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite execution

What you bring:

• University graduate with 2+ years of work experience in program management or volunteer coordination
• Experience within the corporate social responsibility or nonprofit sector in Hong Kong is ideal
• Ability to project manage, coordinate, and organize volunteer events
• Strong project management, organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong English language skills; Cantonese, Mandarin are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
