Senior Officer - Deputy Manager, Mall Marketing & Promotion

We are seeking for potential marketing & promotion leaders to oversee top-tier shopping malls in Hong Kong.

Duties:

• Plan, organize, and implement promotional & advertising activities of shopping mall
• Build harmonious relationship and maintain high level of operational excellence with members, tenants and visitors
• Support day-to-day promotional activities in the mall
• Work closely with agencies and tenants in promoting the shopping mall
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 4 years in shopping mall promotion, or omni-channel marketing strategy, preferably with large/reputable organizations
• Prior experience assisting senior management in preparing business proposals/reports is a plus
• Passionate about building a career in property/asset management field
• Resourceful, positive, self-motivated, and adaptable
• Innovative, analytical, and well-organized
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities with solid business acumen
• Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese), and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
