Event Coordinator

The role is based in Hong Kong, focus on coordination on both administrative and event management support for the Firm's annual Global Volunteer Month campaign. The volunteer will work with internal employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and coordinate with different volunteer projects with nonprofit partners
  • Recruit and promote various volunteering events internally
  • Lead and provide onsite and offsite support to volunteers
  • Post projects on Firm's volunteer website
  • Assist with planning and developing communications; gather different stories and photos and create content
  • Run weekly excel pivot reports on campaign progress and report to manager
  • Assist employees with general questions and logging volunteering hours
  • Assist with logistics for both onsite and offsite volunteering projects
  • Assist with ad hoc general campaign support

Requirements

  • Ability to project manage, coordinate and organize volunteer events
  • Excellent English oral and fluent Cantonese (preferred)
  • Prior experience in CSR events preferred but not required
  • Immediately available preferred
