Head of Marketing & Promotions

We are seeking for a capable, innovative, and experienced leader in Marketing.

Duties:

• Organize marketing events, retail promotions, and advertising to improve the brand's visibility, increase local and international traffic, and boost sales and exposure
• Collaborate closely with vendors to organize pop-ups, exhibitions, and events in different scales
• Gather first-hand information on brand events, such as product releases and special events
• Oversee the business's web presence, track performance indicators, evaluate client information to maximize digital marketing campaigns, keep abreast of evolving technologies to engage clients and increase both online and offline traffic
• Oversee and improve the loyalty program to boost customer engagement and promote return business. Keep up good contacts with influencers, media partners, and other vendors
• Engage prospective partners from a range of sectors to establish strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of working experiences in the marketing industry
• Strong knowledge in all Marketing functions, including CRM, Digital Marketing, Event Management, Strategy Implementation, etc
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
• Excellent language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
