APAC Events Manager

Event Manager to assist in APAC region of events including but not limited to cocktail events, business lunch, panel events etc

Job Duties:
  • Manage all end to end aspects of events from pre-planning, sourcing for different resource needs, pre-event marketing and communications, on-site coordination and post events follow up
  • Liaison and manage all vendors and suppliers during the process
  • Coordinate with different business and operations team to ensure all event details are promptly delivered for resources deployment
  • Full life cycle planning and execution of internal and external events in both digital and virtual capacity
  • Virtual event planning and project management including virtual platform confirmation, time line, invitation process etc
  • Financial management including all event preparation are within budget development and management, overlook in expense management and invoice processing and final financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably within Financial Services
  • Experienced in in-person and virtual conference, events and arrangements
  • Ability to work independent in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication in English and Cantonese
  • Ability to travel frequency
