Role Description Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan, you will join the energetic Greater China marketing team and facilitate business growth through global, regional and local marketing projects.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Hong Kong & Taiwan and working closely with Robert Walters GCN and global marketing team, the role of Marketing Executive/Assistant is a broad and varied role suited to a marketer who likes fast-paced environments, and has a diverse skill set to balance all aspects of the role, from executing qualitative marketing campaigns or events, to engaging daily with the local recruitment and management teams, to addressing key business issues from a marketing perspective.

LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGNS AND SALES SUPPORT

• Execute local & global marketing campaigns to drive business growth

• Produce marketing and communication materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters to support client relationship, in compliance with branding guidelines

• Assist in event coordination, including but not limited to sourcing venue, identifying event partners, preparing invitation materials, speakers coordination, logistic arrangement and on-site support

• Engage regularly with front office on the follow-up of sales qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns and report on the success of the initiatives.

BRAND AWARENESS

• Handle PR activities including enquiries, interview arrangement, photo/video shooting, press release write up and distribution, media coverage analysis and reporting and press contact lists maintenance.

• Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders, media, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective communications

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms

• Develop engaging and influential content for online marketing channels involving content development, design, animation and video production

• Generate ideas for driving digital initiatives, including but not limited to keyword search marketing and display advertising to drive engagement and traffic to site

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

• Maintain job posting systems and assist with users’ enquiries

• Prepare reports and analysis to measure effectiveness of marketing resources and campaigns on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration

• 1-3 years of work experience in B2B marketing, preferably with MNCs or professional services industries.

• Full proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. ; Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin

• Hands-on approach to work, energy, drive and positive attitude, as well as organisational skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill.

• Strong attention to details and creativity, with the ability to think innovatively.

• Knowledge of Marketo and Adobe Design Suite (or equivalent) is a plus.
