Marketing Solution Director (Media HKD 75k)

A reputable Hong Kong organisation is seeking a results-driven Marketing Solutions Director to lead marketing initiatives and drive new revenue streams.

You will be responsible for creating and selling integrated marketing solutions (such as content marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, custom research, digital events, and data-driven packages) that generate new revenue for the company while delivering high value to clients.

Your primary focus will be shifting the company from traditional advertising to high-margin, solution-based marketing offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a B2B marketing solutions strategy that directly drives revenue growth.
  • Design, package, and launch new revenue-generating marketing solutions, including sponsored content, custom research reports, lead-gen programs, webinar series, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and integrated multi-channel solutions.
  • Lead the transition from traditional media sales to consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Oversee audience development, content strategy, SEO, data analytics, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
  • Build strategic partnerships to co-create and expand new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team (content, digital, events, and analytics).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and editorial teams to ensure all solutions are commercially viable and aligned with client needs.
  • Establish clear KPIs focused on revenue contribution, ROI, lead quality, and pipeline generation.
  • Position the company as a leading provider of B2B marketing solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5–7 years in B2B environments (media/publishing, SaaS, martech, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven success in creating and selling marketing solutions that generated significant new revenue streams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer behaviour, content syndication, lead generation, ABM, and performance marketing.
  • Experience in the media or publishing industry is a big advantage.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing ideas into profitable products and services.
  • Data-driven approach with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor Degree holder, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
