Responsibilities
- Formulate digital marketing strategy and plans through research, insights discovery from social media, and market understanding
- Manage the marketing and social media campaigns in South Asia & Middle East to achieve the business performance goals and deliver KPI targets
- Lead and coach subordinates to deliver business results and execution excellence
- Analyse performance and deliverable across all social media marketing platforms to analyse brand awareness, community engagement and lead generation
- Work with external agencies to direct the idea and distribution of engaging marketing materials, like blog articles, case studies, multimedia content, and info-graphics
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business or other related discipline
- 8+ years experience in Digital Marketing with experience in manage SEA+Middle East market
- Experience in Tourism, hospitality or FMCG field is highly preferable
- Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, email, social media, video advertising, display/mobile ad advertising, optimising Google Adwords campaigns, landing pages and user funnels,
and website analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytic, WebTrends, etc.) - Strong communication skills and stake holders management
- Excellent Command in English and Chinese
