A leading property developer is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. They are currently seeking for talents with strong technical sense and full cycle of customer journey design experience. If you are a candidate with relevant experience and hoping to join a dynamic team with management exposure then this is an excellent role for you!
Job Descriptions:
- Develop full cycle of CRM marketing and segmentation strategies to enhance customer journey
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships for the loyalty programme
- Monitor and review CRM campaign performance to enhance the effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure programme effectiveness
- Analysis of customer behaviors to drive success member acquisition, engagement and communication activities
- Conduct market research to obtain marketing intelligence, and support the development of member engagement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM, loyalty program management with leadership experience
- Previous exposure from Retail or Property industry would be highly preferred
- Hands-on experience in customer segmentation analysis, member events, promotions and partnership management
- Innovative mindset and high numeric sensitivity and strong actionable insight
- Good team player with strong analytical, statistical and project management skill
- Excellent communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
