Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver local CRM strategies across the brands for both online and offline
• Design CRM loyalty programme, activities and customer journey automation
• Work closely with product, brand team and other department to ensure the activities align with business target
• Implement and optimize the CRM platform use including acquisition, analytics
• Manage and monitor data acquisition strategy
Requirement
• 6 years or above experience in CRM
• Bachelor degree’s related to Marketing / Business
• Good command in Chinese and English
• Good experience with CRM tools
• Strong communication skill, analytical mindset and project management skills
• Embrace with new challenges and can-do attitude
