They are now expanding their business in Hong Kong and looking for an Assistant Business Intelligence Manager to join their team. Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, business performance on both retail and e-shop to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive business results
- Develop, nurture and execute the CRM strategy and consumer life-cycle management with the brand team for brands and group level
- Compile monthly reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on achieving best ROI
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holders in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics or in other relevant fields
- 3+ years experiences in business analyst, business intelligence or digital analytic field
- Experience in retail or FMCG field is highly preferable
- Fluent or native in Korean, proficient in English
- Strong numerical sense and able to translate data into insights
